Gonna be in the Fort Myers area for a week in November... Any recommendations for outdoorsy adventure? Hikes, kayaking, etc.

We rented kayaks at Koreshan State Park...a cool inland mangrove river vibe. Also Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge had a bit of hiking/cycling but so much wildlife to spot.
Nice... I'd love to kayak in the mangroves. And love wildlife!
