Blue Grotto is best seen from above. It is peppered with dandelions in spring and the sea breeze here is sublime. The geographical landmark is also one of Malta's most visited spots. If you wish to avoid the crowds then consider getting here early in the morning, by car. Alternatively, be prepared to peer over a few heads or wait a while to get a clear shot of the arch with your camera. The 30-meter-high sea arch lends itself to some unobstructed views to the horizon.
