The eponymous Riedel Villa is a real gem on the main thoroughfare of Desnà on Krkonošská. It was the home of a glass entrepreneur at the end of the nineteenth century and now serves as the cultural centre of town. Visitors can enter for free and glance at their cabinets of glass and crockery. The creaky floor boards and musty air could add a timeless feel to your experience. Although the interior is a tad on the tired side it entering gives one an interesting perspective of the overall layout. Opening times are from 9am through to 5pm Monday to Saturday and close for an hour lunch break at noon.
